Branch Manager - Equipment Hire

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager you will need to have Energy, Drive, Enthusiasm and Excellent Interpersonal Skills to be able to lead a team to service the needs of our customers. This includes maintaining a strong focus on enhancing opportunities within your region to achieve our overall operational and financial goals.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the following areas;

  • Manager the branches P&L
  • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your staff, contractors and customers.
  • Previous experience in the Plant & Equipment Hire industry and a broad product knowledge of plant and equipment operation and purpose.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance, servicing and workshop meets QOM standards
  • Develop relationships with your customers and network to identify business development opportunities.
  • Be a mentor and coach to your staff as well as managing a safe environment following the companys policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and staff to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Organisational, planning and prioritising.
  • Identify cost efficiencies and process improvement opportunities within your designated area.


For the successful applicant a favorable salary package will be negotiated based upon previous experience in a similar role, product and industry knowledge and people management experience.
