Aston Carter have partnered with a global FMCG business in the search for two oustanding customer service professionals to join their customer contact team on an initial contract engagement. Our client is a well known brand in the beverage sector with a reputable team culture, and you will be joining the business in an exciting growth phase. This role will be full time hours for an initial 3 month period, working 50% of your time in the office and 50% of your time from home. The office is based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
As a Customer Service Representative in this team you will be responsible for maintaining a strong brand presence when interacting with clients, helping them place and process stock orders, entering data from client emails into ordering systems & resolving and customer disputes regarding stock issues. You will have multiple systems to work through in doing so, and your time will be split between phone conversations and email follow up. Full training will be provided for this position and you will be supported through your contract.

To be succesful in this positions you will have:
Customer Service background
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Exposure to data entry, order processing systems / CRM systems
Ability to work towards targets
