Administrative Assistant  - Ten Tigers         

Ten Tigers are a leading Grain Marketing specialist, dedicated to servicing Growers. We are an independently owned and operated WA business, located in a modern Geraldton office.

Currently seeking a highly self-motivated, organised, and supportive full-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join our existing small and diverse team of grain marketing professionals.

In this role you will be liaising directly with internal and external customers, providing administrative support to the grain marketing team. Key functions include:

• Efficient and professional function of front office/reception
• Exceptional customer service and professional liaison
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Maintenance of various registers and databases
• Record-keeping and document control
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite
• Active participation in continual improvement of business procedures

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent attention to detail and accuracy in all end-to-end processes.

The successful candidate will be required to work autonomously and as part of a small team.

Experience working in, or knowledge of the Agricultural Industry will be considered advantageous but is not essential. If you lack experience, but believe you could succeed in this role, make sure you provide a cover letter that outlines why you should progress to an interview. 

Working hours for this position: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Remuneration will be paid within the advertised salary range, based on experience.
