We are looking for an experienced receptionist at Back to Balance. We are a friendly team of three osteopaths and two psychologists in Adamstown.
Our reception is the first point of contact for our patients and the top priority is customer service, building genuine rapport with people of all ages and demographics
Dealing with phone and email inquiries
Making appointments in the digital diary
Processing claims and receiving payments through HICAPS and EFTPOS
Faxing, scanning, paper and digital filing
Using Word and Excel for letters, reports and spreadsheets
Maintaining clinic procedures and record keeping
Maintaining the presentation of the reception and treatment rooms
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
We are looking for a warm and friendly person who enjoys engaging with patients and staff.
A people person with a professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and work with minimal supervision
Computer competency and experience with Word and Excel
We expect the successful applicant to have some customer service experience, preferably in health services, and an interest in natural health.
This is a permanent position, 30 hours/week Monday to Friday, and is available for an immediate start.
