Administration Manager, Cairns

We are currently looking for an Administration Manager to join our team in Cairns. As the Administration Manager, you will contribute to the effective operation of the team through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support and coordination of business activities. To contribute to the development and delivery of business initiatives by creating a sustainable competitive advantage.

This is a fulltime permanent role (38 hours per week) working Monday - Friday.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage the monthly billing and debtor collection process
  • Assist the Centre team with financial forecasting and annual financial budget preparation.
  • Manage the day to day administrative and support requirements for the Asset Management team
  • Lead and support an administration team of two people.
  • Act as point of contact for the property for accounts payable and debtor control.
  • Manage and monitor lease documentation throughout the execution process
  • Management of invoices and credits; raising purchase orders for the team
  • Contribute to the delivery of opportunities that support sustainable work practices
  • Facilitate an environment of collaboration both within the team and other areas of Stockland, enabling cross-functional collaboration by connecting people to enable efficiencies.
  • Identify organisational improvement initiatives
  • Comply with all obligations imposed by WH&S legislation, as outlined in WH&S Roles and Responsibilities, including adhering to relevant documented WH&S procedures.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years admin experience in similar role.
  • Demonstrated high level administrative and organisation skills; ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
  • Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of, and experience with, computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and record management system. Experience with SAP would be highly desirable.
  • Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
  • Problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
