The Cameron HR team are a newly formed team embarking on an exciting journey of growth, stability and business partnership and are looking for a number of specialist roles to help build the people foundations to leverage upon as we expand.
About the role
We currently have a newly created opportunity for a full time Head of Talent to join our Human Resource team based in Bayswater. Reporting to the Group Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of specialist human resource activities in the areas of Recruitment, Development, Performance and Systems. Through collaboration with the broader HR team and the business, you will oversee the development, planning and delivery of strategic people initiatives to support the attraction, development and retention of talent and increase organizational capability to support the business in delivering its strategy.
Your Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or similar experience and any further education focused in Talent Management, Acquisition, Learning and/or HR Systems would put you at an advantage for this role.
Your experience in leading teams and modern talent acquisition principles, models, tools and technology; modern training and development best practice tools and methodologies and implementing or maintaining HR Systems and People Data Reporting and your positive attitude; passion for improvements and getting results will ensure your efforts translate to success.
And your exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and demonstrated experience in implementing or maintaining HR Systems and People Data Reporting; as well as excellent organisational agility with the ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly will see you thrive in our environment.
