An exciting opportunity exists for an Executive Officer to join the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine where you will liaise with and act as a conduit between senior managers and stakeholders, colleagues and clients on a variety of organisational matters including facilitation of meetings, travel and communication and maintaining effective record management.
As the Executive Officer, you will support the operations of the office of the Head of School. You will be responsible for providing a range of executive support and office administration services including facilitating communication and workflow, producing and editing papers, briefings, presentations, calendar and travel management and meeting coordination.
As part of your role, you will actively participate in continuous improvement activities to streamline processes to facilitate administrative efficiency and build and sustain effective working relationships with a network of internal and external contacts to facilitate communication and deliver consistently effective services.
You will possess strong administrative skills including a demonstrated accuracy to attention to detail, the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
