Enhanced Litigation Management Solutions (ELMS) is a boutique consulting firm specialising in eDiscovery consulting and software.  Our team are passionate about using technology to enhance the litigation process and assist clients to achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.

Due to our ambitious growth plans we are seeking a business development / marketing person to join us to grow our brand and expand our client base. 

About the Role

The business development / marketing role is a key position within the team focusing on driving the growth of the business. The role will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, as well as generate new business across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

The ideal candidate will thrive on the challenge of working in the eDiscovery area.

 Responsibilities

  • Strengthen our relationship with existing clients.
  • Develop relationships with new clients. 
  • Assist with the development and execution of the marketing plan. 
  • Website and social media management.
  • Manage, monitor, and measure marketing campaigns.
  • Gather reviews, testimonials, and case studies from our Clients.
  • Empower the team with marketing content and campaigns that help introduce new clients to the business. 

 Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5 years of business development / marketing experience preferably in the eDiscovery or legal.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • An understanding of the eDiscovery market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • The ability to understand technical terms and translate that into plain English.

The role would suite a person with legal training looking for a new challenge.
