We are looking for a someone tech-savvy with finance knowledge to provide software support to school administrators (our customers).
TASS is a Brisbane based software company that develops and supports the TASS suite of school administration and portal software products. The software is currently used by hundreds of independent schools throughout Australia and overseas.

ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for finance related products to customers via email or via telephone.
Triage and manage enquiries inc. recording activity on each case through a case management system.
Troubleshooting, issue investigation / diagnosis and resolution.
Creation of bug reports and software testing.
Actively learn and become an expert in the TASS.web and portal software solution.
Assisting with content creation for self-service resources and EOFY.
Receiving and logging incoming customer support calls.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of accounts and accounting ledgers.
Experience in an accounts role.
Experience or exposure to web-based finance products e.g. Xero, QuickBooks.
Confident with using new technology.
Possesses excellent problem solving, trouble shooting and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients & colleagues at all levels.
Demonstrated, methodical approach to issue diagnosis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptionally good approach to customer service.
