Tyre Maintenance Planner to service our Eastern Region, Full Time Permanent role, Mon - Fri roster, Centrally located in Brisbane CBD with regular travel throughout QLD.

About the Position:

This position is based in our Brisbane Head Office however requires travel across our QLD sites. Duties will include but may not be limited to: 

• Scheduling and planning all periodic tyre maintenance activities and inspections
• Planning effective defect and maintenance activity management for Kal Tire owned equipment
• Development and delivery of technical reports and presentations
• Delivery of routine, accurate and timely reports and forecasts
• Auditing of site systems
• Implementing and maintain tyre & equipment maintenance best practice techniques
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to ensure timely completion of scheduled work
• Actively promoting and engage safe work practices and compliance

 

About you:

• Have extensive knowledge of Maintenance Work Management Process
• Advanced CMMS knowledge
• High level knowledge of defect elimination
• Knowledge and experience in tyre fitting and maintenance activities in mining sector
• Knowledge of conducting safety inspections and completing JSEAs, Risk assessments & Permits
• Advanced computer literacy skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
• Be willing to travel
• Strong analytical, prioritization, decision-making and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and people management skills including negotiating, influencing and conflict resolution
• Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines
• Have a strong and proactive safety focus
