About the role

This is a temporary, part time position starting on 1 June 2021 until 15 July 2022 to cover a period of parental leave. You will be contracted to work a total of 65 hours per fortnight with flexibility to divide your time working both at school and from home. Reporting to the College Business Manager, your main duties will include:

• Project manage internal and external digital and print communication and marketing campaigns to support school activities and initiatives
• Manage social media platforms to promote the College
• Manage and update the College's website and app
• Write content and provide graphic design for communication, publications and media releases
• Coordinate the weekly e-newsletter, college magazine and Yearbook. Manage and back up the College photographic archives
• Provide other administrative support as required.

About you

To be successful in this position you will be have at least 3 years experience working in marketing and/or design as well as:

• Experience in using Social Media marketing and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
• A strong understanding of document set up for printed media
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• High level organisational skills to plan, manage and execute high volumes of work with tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Superb written communication skills
