Now Careers is currently recruiting a Assistant Development Manager for an Australian/Chinese development company. This client prides themselves on delivering quality projects and service for their clients. They have successfully delivered projects across Residential, and Commercial sectors.

The Opportunity
This opportunity would see you work under a of Senior Project Manager in a supporting role. With $0.5billion worth of building projects coming up, you will gain exposure and experience on residential development projects from inception through to completion, whilst being mentored. You will join an established and experienced team environment.

Key Requirements

• You will have completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• You will have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within the industry
• You will be keen to work in a team environment whereby you will gain exposure to delivering projects end to end
• You will be flexible in your approach whereby you will take on a wide variety of support roles for the team
• You will be keen to learn and develop your career!
• If you’re fluent in mandarin it will be an advantage, but not a necessity.
