About the role

Our Accounting firm located in Newcastle is seeking a Part time Receptionist. The roster is 9am 5pm. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated and has attention to detail to join our team.

Your Duties will include but not limited to:

  • General Administrative duties and kitchen duties
  • Managing incoming calls, enquiries and making appointments
  • Managing client records

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Be friendly and professional with clients and staff members
  • Enthusiastic, courteous, and a conscientious mature attitude
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and phone manner
  • Thrive in a busy workplace
  • Deliver a high standard of client service and be well presented

Requisite and experience

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months as a Receptionist is highly regarded
  • Xero and Myob experience are an advantage, but not essential
