Based in Morningside, we are renovation specialists who specialise in premium home renovations which typically involve extensive remodelling of the home including extensions, additional floors, lift and build under projects. using our systemised sales and project systems. 

We are now expanding and need to grow our team to include an additional Administration Assistant.

About the Position

Supporting the Director and the Building Support Coordinator, you will ensure the day to day administration functions of the business are met as well as ensuring our customers receive exceptional customer service.  

  • A casual position between Monday and Friday school hours
  • You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, creditor invoices, debtor accounts and bank files.  
  • Experience with dealing with trade suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Prepare weekly reports. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Previous office administration experience including accurate accounts data entry
  • Previous experience with Xero and Buildxact advantageous but not essential. 
  • Previous experience with handling sales enquiries, quotes and sales orders 
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous industry experience would be preferable
