Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research & Innovation, you will be responsible for promoting College research activities and contributions; coordinating the College research engagement activities, including events and seminars; and developing and maintaining the College research communication tools. The role also provides advice to and participates in implementing quality assurance processes and systems.
To be successful in this position, youll have, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated ability to manage engagement activities and develop and implement integrated communications plans in a research environment, including the development of content.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and use Customer Relationship Management systems for communications campaigns and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in the provision of quality customer service, including sound knowledge and consistent application of relevant institutional policy and procedures, the ability to provide high level advice, and a commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to build and maintain effective and productive relationships, and the proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of management, staff, students and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
