Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Rees Pritchard Pty. Limited is one of the regions leading firms of Certified Practising Accountants, providing our clients with a range of business and financial services.

The Role

We currently have a position available for an experienced full time receptionist  with exceptional administrative skills to join our firm. Reporting to the staff partner, key responsibilities will include: 

  • Greeting clients and providing a high level of customer service 
  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Management of diaries and coordination of meetings
  • Entering client details into our database
  • Preparing documents and correspondence to be sent to clients
  • Data entry and general administrative duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong client service skills
  • A positive and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous reception experience 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office programs
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail.
