Our Housing and Property Group is currently seeking a Senior Business Centre Officer - Reserves to join their Crown Lands Team.
As the Senior Business Centre Officer - Reserves, you will provide technical, high-level administrative expertise in undertaking activities in relation to reserves administration and call centre operation to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.
You will be responsible for providing appropriately researched, balanced and timely advice and recommendations on Crown land reserve administration to both internal and external clients. You will also interpret and apply the Crown lands legislative requirements, policies and procedures. As you will be a senior member within the reserve team you will be tasked with handling the more complex cases as they arise.
This is a great opportunity for you to be part of a team who manage and sustain some of the most iconic and diverse public land through the Crown reserve system. Our Business Centre is a busy and fast-paced environment so it is essential for you to provide friendly, responsive and consistent information to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated with relevant skills and experience in customer service or a call centre environment. It is essential that you are client-focused and possess strong communication and collaboration skills with a high attention to detail.
You will also be capable of learning new computer based applications and databases so you can provide timely and accurate advice to clients and stakeholders. Previous experience and/or an understanding of land administration in relation to public reserve management will be highly regarded.
