About the role:
With significant growth across our Australian business we now have a rare opportunity for an experienced in-house consultant to join us, based in either our Melbourne or Sydney office.
Youll be involved in the complete recruitment life cycle: from internal client briefings, preparing marketing material, running searches and LinkedIn campaigns, preparing the offer letter and employment agreement to ensuring the persons first few weeks are going well.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Recruitment Manager, youll work on a diverse portfolio including the recruitment of senior technical experts, technical specialists, graduates, interns and administration staff. Youll be actively involved in implementing innovative and successful ways of sourcing scarce candidates and feel comfortable working with global recruitment tools and systems.
We need someone who can work autonomously, develop relationships remotely while working collaboratively as part of the Asia Pacific HR team. Youll have at least 5+ years recruitment experience in the engineering and/or construction industry, preferably within a large professional services firm.
Provision of high service levels to internal clients is essential, plus a professional and consultative approach throughout your work. Attention to detail is critical together with strong literacy skills.
This unique role will see you managing vacancies across all of Australia. You will be able to take the lead on projects, but likewise also be able come in as support to your colleagues as project work and demands require.
