CORE TO ROLE: 

The core focus of the Client Partnership Coordinators (CPC) role is twofold:

  • Account Management of Qsics existing client base.
  • Convert any in-bound sales enquiries to become permanent Qsic customers. 

Sitting within the sales team, CPC will report directly to the Head of Client Partnerships & work collaboratively with cross-functional Qsic departments in order to deliver on above areas of focus.  

Role responsibilities:  

  • General account management of Qsics existing client base - including leading Australian retailers within the following sectors: Quick Service Restaurants, Petrol & Convenience, Fashion, Grocery & Hospitality. 
  • Maintain & improve Qsics existing client satisfaction, engagement levels and retention rate.  
  • Present, promote and sell Qsics product and services to both existing and prospective inbound client partners.
  • Achieve sales targets within an allocated time frame.
  • Grow and nurture existing client prospect pipeline.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and work in collaboration with Qsic departments.
  • Manage client onboarding process. 
  • Oversee the production & scheduling of branded audio ad content where relevant.
  • Attend client meetings, events or client entertainment as required.   
  • Analyse market potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Expedite the resolution of any roadblocks towards achieving your core role goals.   
  • Keep abreast of best practices, market trends and client feedback in order to refine & make recommendations back to Qsic for continuous improvement.
  • Continually refine Qsics go-to-market strategy.  

Requirements:

The hungry, not the proven - if you want a career in sales and account management and to get into a startup as it scales but dont tick all the below boxes, dont worry. We index for attitude and enthusiasm - we can teach skills, we cant teach people to be passionate and hungry!

Some experience you may have include:

  • 2-3+ years sales experience or working within a sales support capacity.
  • Experience & knowledge in a sales or sales support capacity in the following areas: (not necessarily all mandatory or limited to); experience in delivering and/or supporting achievement of sales targets.
  • experience within an Account Management or Client Service role.
  • experience & knowledge ideally working with Tier 1 Enterprise Retail Clients & their Suppliers; Grocery, Liquor, P&C, QSR, Pharmaceutical, Home Improvement & FMCG.
  • experience in Audio or Digital platforms eg. broadcast radio, digital audio, in-store audio, podcasting or any other digital (non-audio) platforms.
  • exposure to interpreting & communicating data, analytics & insights.experience working with multiple stakeholders; internally & client side.
  • presentation & proposal development.
  • some experience of exposure to the following programs: Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides, Excel or Google Sheet.
  • experience with the audio ad content production process or equivalent.
  • strong communication & presentation skills.
  • a problem solver, a creative & dynamic thinker.
