Administration Assistant - Furniture Removals 

Chris Bell Removals have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Assistant. 

Chris Bell Removals facilitates furniture removals internationally and Australia Wide.  We have depots based in Hobart and Melbourne.

You will be working alongside our friendly team in Melbourne 

  • You will be required provide a high level of Customer Service to our clients including move management support
  • Maintain current filing systems including data Entry
  • Take sales enquiries
  • Provide administration support to the Branch Manager
  • Liaise with shipping / airline / freight  consolidators / Customs agents / Domestic Agents
  • Maintain compliance with customs and AQIS quarantine formalities
  • Prepare import documentation 
  • Prepare and submit export sales quotations

The right applicant must have a friendly manner, be able to work as a team and autonomously. 

Knowledge of Moveware would be an advantage and Experience in the Removal/Transport Industry is preferred but not essential
