Universal Fans is the National Distributor for Fanco which is a rapidly growing brand recognised for quality, innovation and sustainability in the Ventilation and Air Movement Industry.
We are looking for a driven Brand Marketing specialist to work with our Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing GM to take Fanco to the next level by increasing brand awareness and alignment in the Design and Specifiers industry and through general branding marketing strategies including social media.
This is an exciting role to be at centre of a growing brand and make a real impact.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Participate in creating and roll out marketing strategies and plans for the brand
Create content for and manage the brand Instagram and social media
Create product presentations and present to architects, designers and trades, particularly through the Architect CPD program.
Reach out to architects, designers and trades to offer and organise presentations
Network and maintain relationships with architects, designers and trades through relationship management, attending industry events etc
Through client relationships get access to in situ images of our products and testimonials to showcase on our social media and projects pages
Build and maintain relationships with our reseller stores Australia wide and provide product training to staff and strategies to increase sales - this will involve visiting resellers interstate 1-2 times a year, for a total of about 3-4 weeks travel per year.
Assist in organising, preparing and attending trade shows
Participate in Product Development/Strategy of new products in Fanco range using feedback gathered from clients and potential clients
Assist with content and strategies for marketing material such as videos, brochures, banners and more
Analysis and review of brand performance and marketing campaigns
A degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in marketing, brand management, or account management ideally within the construction or architectural supply industry but not essential
Technical minded - interested and capable of learning
Exceptional communication skills, and presentation ability
Some travel interstate
