Swan Transit is a privately owned Public Transport company operating in the Perth metropolitan area. We are the largest operator of Transperth bus services under contract to the Public Transport Authority. We also have operations in WA's South West, Sydney, Adelaide and Darwin. Transit Systems is a subsidiary of SeaLink Travel Group, Australia's largest tourism and marine transport company, and together, the combined group employs more than 8000 people, maintains and operates 3400 buses and 78 vessels and provides more than 360 million customer journeys each year.
We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic person to join our Admin team. This position will be based at our Karrinyup depot.
You will also be expected to assist in all general administration and office duties. Responsibilities will include:
All reception duties
Reconciliation of revenue
Training will be provided in the following:
Assisting with accounts
Assisting with payroll
Detailed data entry is involved so basic knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Previous experience in a reception role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage however school leavers are encouraged to apply. Swan Transit will offer the successful applicate a chance to gain a Certificate III in Business after a probation period. Advancement opportunities do exist within the company.

This position is 38 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. Swan Transit pays above award wages that will be discussed with the successful applicant.
