We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer service professional, with previous call centre experience, to join our busy Investigations team.
This is a great opportunity to work in our modern CBD office within the dispute resolution space, providing complex customer service.

Interpreting and communicating legislation and regulations
Extensive use of databases and records management
Customer service - Complaints Intake
Teamwork and collaboration
Problem solving and assessment (suitability for referrals or investigation)
To be successful in this role, you need the below skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a high volume call centre environment with complaint handling
Proven experience working with a case management system or database
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with experience in communicating with diverse group
Ability to understand and communicate technical information (i.e. legislation and regulations)
Negotiating skills to facilitate the appropriate resolution for disputes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Intermediate MS Office skills with a high level of keyboard skills and accuracy
