We are seeking an enthusiastic legal receptionist and administration assistant to join our dynamic team. The role will be a mix of administrative, accounts and receptionist duties working out of our Parramatta CBD office. This is a full-time position 9.00am 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The role will have you:
Meeting and greeting clients with exceptional customer service and any walk-in enquiries
Liaise with clients, barristers, lawyers
File correspondence and other records
Maintain front desk reception area
Sorting & distribution of mail
Maintaining filing system & stationery needs
Secretarial tasks associated with assisting our solicitors
Attending to mail and banking duties daily
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Answering a busy switchboard in a timely and professional manner
Managing boardroom and other staff bookings
The ideal applicant will have the following:
Minimum of 12 months experience in a receptionist role
Highly organised and motivated
Prior legal experience not essential, but highly regarded (on the job training provided)
Previous experience with Actionstep is ideal but not essential
Looking for long-term employment

High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Exceptional Microsoft office skills
You will be part of a friendly, dynamic, and growing team and act in a professional manner when representing the Francom brand. You will also be expected to learn our internal CRM system to ensure all records and documents are stored correctly.
The role offers a generous salary of $60k - $70k + super + bonuses and is negotiable depending on the level of experience.
