The Role

The key function of this role is to assist the Operations team and Therapeutic team in a wide range of administrative tasks which can include managing diaries, data collection, auditing, project work, following up referrals and maintaining and building relationships. You will not only be the friendly face that welcomes all our clients and guest but you will support the team by handling general office tasks, provide real-time scheduling support and maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

  • Have knowledge in Powerdiary, Sharepoint, CRMs, Xero and Professional portals.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, booking clients into diaries and supporting Allied Health Professionals
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, preparing routine correspondence and mailouts.
  • Maintain a well-presented office and working space for the team and bring an excellent client experience spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to collate accurate data in Excel Spreadsheets and provide reports to management monthly.
  • Attention to detail and customer experience, see the little things that count.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be part of a diverse team.
  • Participate in training and attend supervision sessions.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace, ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
