Bear Claw Concreting is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. Working hours are generally from 8am to 4pm in our offices at Marlow Lagoon.
This is an entry level role with the opportunity to learn a variety of tasks in a dynamic and varied work environment.
This role will involve working closely with our team to assist with the day-to-day administration needs of the organisation, and reports to the Administration Manager.
You will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks including, but not limited to general administration support, scanning and filing, data entry, flight and accommodation bookings, liaising with concreters, contractors, clients and suppliers throughout the day as required via phone and email.
To succeed in this role you will need:
Exceptional customer service skills
A good telephone manner,
Strong written, verbal and data entry skills
Good time management and organisational skills, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
Ability to work well unsupervised, and as part of a team
Experience in an office environment is desirable
Experience with Xero accounting package would be advantageous but not essential
Award wages will apply.
