toniMAC recruitment is pleased to be partnering with an innovative digital start-up as it enters its second year of growth and an exciting expansion stage.
The product is an online marketplace in the built environment industry i.e both B2C and B2B customers and suppliers. Backed by a well-known corporate (ASX100) with ambitions and funding set up to go global, gives you the best of both worlds: pace AND security.
The role: Reporting to the CEO this is a senior role where you will assume ultimate responsibility for growing both sides of the marketplace. You will lead a small but fast-growing team (x3).
As the Head of Growth you'll be responsible for defining and executing on: key growth metrics, brand differentiation, channels to market and defining cross team growth loops to meet revenue and volume goals.
8+ years commercial experience in growth related marketing roles, ideally with a tech start-up, digital agency or similarly scaling a new service or product for a digital first brand
Strategic omnichannel campaign execution weighted to social media, email and content driven SEO but including PR, SEM, events, partnerships and comms
Rapid experimentation - plan, execute and implement insights from qual and quant experiments using no-code tools eg. Zapier/Squarespace highly regarded
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high performance team - always ready to hustle
