Marketing and Events Assistant: Full Time Position Banyo Brisbane

Bio Concepts is a family owned company founded over 35 years ago and is a leading provider of Therapeutic Nutritional supplements and education for healthcare professionals. 

An opportunity has become available for a full time Marketing and Events Assistant with a role that will offer variety, challenge, and involvement. It would suit someone who has experience in a busy marketing and/or events department and loves working as part of a team. You will need to be highly organised, a strong communicator, and can stay on top of multiple projects.  The role would have contact across all departments and with key external stakeholders. 

Typical responsibilities include the following:

• Marketing Materials: assist in developing timelines for monthly marketing campaign materials, monitoring progress and ensuring timely distribution.
• Product Development and Innovation: assist in the coordination of marketing activities including key internal/external documents for new product launches.
• Website: Assist the marketing team in updating and maintaining material on the website.  
• Event Coordination: Coordination of Company educational activity including online webinars and live events. 
• Company Training Coordination:  Planning and coordinating monthly training events
• Tradeshow and Student events Coordination:  Coordination of all marketing material to support events and training.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Have 2-3 years experience working in a similar role
• Have qualifications in Business (Marketing, Events or Communications) is highly regarded
• Be highly organised, pro-active with the ability to multi-task
• Have excellent verbal communication and coordination skills
• Can develop relationships quickly and be flexible in your approach
• Show strong attention to detail and a creative mind for fresh ideas
• Have experience working alongside a graphic designer
• Have strong autonomous working skills, and ability to work in a small team

Knowledge or experience in the natural healthcare industry will be looked at favourably.
