About the Role:

As the Roster Team Member, you will provide an efficient and effective staff roster that provides timely service to our clients. 

The key tasks you may be required to do as the Roster Team Member are as follows:

  • To assist in the preparation and maintenance of the staff roster.
  • To assist in the creation and maintenance of Client records.
  • To assist in the process of communication with field staff by phone, text and email.
  • To participate in the provision of the after hours contact system.
  • Answering / directing incoming office calls.
  • Monitoring and taking required action on incoming text messages as well as on emails in the rosters, enquiries, referrals shared inboxes.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Manager or Management team.

What you will bring.

  • A great attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt as we work in a constantly changing world.
  • You have outstanding time management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different groups of workers and clients.
  • You have great work ethics and will confidently contribute to improve processes and suggest new ideas.
  • You have experience in a rostering or a customer service role.
