Corteks Company is looking for Full Time Client Support Administrator to join our growing consultancy.  

Corteks is a professional services organisation offering clients consulting, facilitation, coaching and a range of learning methodologies.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne and working closely with the Senior Director in Melbourne this role is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to build a long-term and rewarding future with a consulting and learning methodology business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Product Management: Administer the Corteks Digital Learning Platform and further develop the digital learning experience.
  • Administration: Support the Director with various administration tasks such as diary management, e-mails, co-ordination activities and proof reading.
  • Consulting Support: Support the Director in key consulting activities such as stakeholder management, scoping, analysis, design, developing proposals and presentations.

Remuneration Package

  • $55k - $90k based on experience and performance, with significant upside potential

Selection Criteria: Unless you meet the following criteria, please do not apply 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting clients in corporate environments
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Enjoy a pressurised, fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work autonomously from home 

You will have significant advantage if you have experience in the following:

  • Learning design
  • Digital platforms and digital product development
