Due to an expanding portfolio of projects, we are seeking a responsible and proactive Contract Administrator to join our company. You will report directly to the Managing Director and primarily be responsible for negotiation and tracking of contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reviewing building plans
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, award and letting of contract documents
Completing Purchase Orders & Co-ordinating Material Deliveries
Execution and administration of subcontract/supplier procurement, negotiation, award and letting of contract documents
Collecting and following up on quotes from suppliers
Executing tender requests and submissions
Maintaining and producing accurate project records and reports
Conduct commercial, risk and profitability reviews

Not afraid to ask questions in order to produce exceptional work
Time management skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities and work to deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proactive & a self starter
Able to work autonomously
Minimum 2 years industry experience in a Contract Administrator role within the building industry
Exceptional communication skills
