Based in Melbourne's South East, Technicalities provides high level IT support and consulting to residential and business clients within the Melbourne & Sydney areas. We are a young, innovative team, always looking towards the future and what it holds for our clients and the evolving IT world.
One of the most important roles in our company is the answering of inbound calls and ensuring our clients receive the kind of service we are known for. We have a full time position available for a Receptionist/Customer Service & Administration Assistant and look forward to welcoming a new member to our team.
Skills that would be of asset in this position are a great phone manner, upbeat personality and a genuine interest in helping our clients with their IT needs. We are seeking a highly organised, professional person with previous phone and customer service skills. Experience with MYOB and general administration in the IT or Telecommunications industry will be highly regarded. We are however very willing to train the right person for this job.
There is opportunity to learn further skills and build a sound understanding of many aspects of administration. If inclined advancement is available and encouraged.
Coordinate job and project appointments, stock and resources, answer inbound calls, co-ordinate and manage tickets and client base. Ad-hoc projects.
