About the role
Initially a casual role for 2-3 days per week (16-24 hrs)
In this role you will be providing the following services
Accounts payable and receivable management
Performing General Ledger reconciliations
Preparing all BAS reports and calculations
Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payables, payroll and month end duties
Reconciliation of the balance sheet and general ledger accounts and posting journals as required.
Skills and experience
To be a successful applicant for this role, you must have
Training in Book keeping/Accounting
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in MYOB
Experience in processing Payroll
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work under direct and routine supervision
High attention to detail, with accountability for ones work
Intermediate experience in MYOB AccountRight,
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word,
Be highly organized,
Have excellent communication skills,
