Position / Duties
Your attention to detail and ability to listen to our customers needs will be crucial in this role. The ideal candidates will come from the HVAC industry and be equipped with the relevant industry experience.
Youll be working with great innovative products in a modern office environment, with onsite internal cafe. You will be well supported and part of a motivated team that delivers excellent customer service and solutions.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
First point of call for all Incoming technical and non-technical sales calls
Identify product requirements to suit customer needs
Provide quotes for customers
Data entry and management of purchase orders ensuring accuracy
Coordinating supply with our logistics team
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and will have demonstrated their technical understanding of HVAC.
Training and Development of products will be offered to the successful candidates.

Experience with Control Products and Systems
Understanding of Mechanical and Refrigeration systems
Knowledge of the QLD HVAC Market and its customers in the Mechanical/Electrical sector
Remuneration Salary is negotiable, dependent upon the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
