Position Requirements
Ensure yearly asset management plans addressing responsive, scheduled and planned maintenance are developed and implemented for the property portfolio.
Ensure Assets comply with all statutory, regulatory and WHS requirements, including required certification of Essential Services including Fire services, Electrical, Warm Water Systems /Legionella testing, RPZ, lifts, etc.
Work in conjunction with the National Asset Manager to ensure ongoing alignment between the needs of MAH and operational asset management practices.
Proactively manage all contracts (with funders and sub-contractors) ensuring high performance and value for money is achieved
Ensure the organisation meets all external and internal compliance requirements for asset and property management.
Develop and manage project plans to track the progress of deliverables within the scope, budget and timeframe
Identify risks and develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure projects deliverables are achieved.
Follow an integrated service delivery approach within working with Housing Services, Community Development and other teams in order to provide a quality service.
Complete other projects/ad hoc work required as a member of the Operations team.
