Office Administrator

Prime Kitchens Group is a Cabinet Maker Based in Campbellfield. Our young and experienced team has been successfully designing and building residential joinery including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and robes for reputable domestic builders and home owners in the past 5 years. An opportunity has now been available for an Office Administrator role within our business to join the team immediately. 


Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

  • Administrative Support
  • Bill Entry, Invoicing, payroll and all account related enquires
  • Lead Management including preparation of quotes 
  • Preparation and issuing of Contract documents
  • Developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Providing quality customer service including reception and customer support for projects 
  • Follow up accounts receivable 


About you:

  • Proficiency in Xero is paramount
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent data entry skills and computer literacy
  • Initiative and strong work ethic
  • School hours are preferred
  • Arabic speaking applicants are preferred
