Wow Recruitment are looking for a Senior Enterprise SaaS BDM to join our clients growing team in Surry Hills within walking distance from central station. This company has rebuilt employee feedback to meet the needs of Agile Enterprises.

This company will be considered a pioneer in its field due to how unique its product is. Traditional anonymous feedback systems are focused solely on measurement rather than change. Our Client’s company puts feedback to work solving business challenges and improving customer outcomes. SALARY: $100-$110K Base + Super + Uncapped Commission ($180k OTE) Key Duties and Responsibilities:
B2B cold and warm outbound calls
Setting appointments with decision makers
Communicate with business leads and convert them into customers
Achieve individual and team KPI's and targets
Confidently scope, present and explain solutions
Welcome, convert and onboard new business
Generate proposals, assess customer requirements and build long-term relationships with accounts
The ideal candidate will have:
5 years of sales experience as a top performer - B2B software sales highly desirable
Experience with longer Sale Cycles
Ability to manage many stakeholders through the sales process
Success with dealing with C-Suite customers
Ability to generate leads and grow the pipeline
A passion for sales and career progression
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Drive and determination to meet and exceed KPI's and targets
Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at one time
