Business Development Manager - Pre IPO Selling IT Solutions
Pre-IPO IT company, High performing and social culture, 80K Base + Super + Uncapped Comms $145K OTE.
The client I am working with is a fast-growing Australian IT company that is Pre-IPO. They provide a variety of IT Solutions and sell into MSP's and ISP's. You would have the autonomy to develop your own patch and sell into SME - Enterprise. After recent backing from some of Australia’s biggest players in the industry, they are looking to expand even further by hiring new talent in their sales team with true hunter mentalities to win new business opportunities.
They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager in a newly created role that is passionate about building relationships with new clients and getting deals over the line.
Newly created role
Join an ever-expanding team in Sydney where the focus is reaching out to new businesses and closing deals
Dealing with both over the phone and face-to-face sales
Run clients through demonstrations of the platforms using a consultative approach to solve client challenges and add value
Manage the full sales cycle
Overachieve against KPIs and targets to progress within the company quickly
MUST HAVE: Display a hunter mentality - not afraid to pick up the phone
You will have a driven and competitive nature working in a high-performance environment
2-5 years of sales experience
You will have exceptional communication and sales skills
A consistent record of achieving targets and KPIs
