We are a boutique Melbourne based company specialising in all aspects of Wildlife & Pest Control services. We have been emerging and expanding in the last decade, even during the most difficult of Covid times! We are looking for a new member to join our growing team at our office in Balwyn North.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for personality matched with skill and we need someone that is confident on the phones and loves to organise and confident working autonomously. We are looking for easy going but professional, we need someone who is committed to customer service and a good communicator both verbally and in writing. We are looking for long term relationship with you to join our team and grow with us. 

ABOUT THE ROLE/DUTIES

  • Answering customer calls for sales in domestic and commercial wildlife & pest control services. If you have a background in pest control this is a bonus but if you do not, then we will provide you with all the training and support you will need. 
  • Taking client bookings and organising treatments for our technicians in the field. 
  • General administration duties: filing, report writing, document scanning, processing payments and some invoicing so MYOB advantageous but not necessary. 
  • Maintain client databases across various software. 
  • Solid writing/email skills and confident telephone manner is essential. 
  • You will need to be comfortable once trained to work autonomously and you will need to be organised. 
  • Miscellaneous ad hoc administrative duties to support the director & field technicians.
  • This is a full-time position working from 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Customer service background. 
  • Strong telephone skills with strong verbal & written communication.
  • Strong emailing skills using Google & Google Calendar.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Word & Excel. 
  • MYOB skills advantageous.

SALARY

  • $55k - $60k PLUS superannuation. 
  • Immediate start.
