Front Office Manager/Admin Assistant

Due to growth and ambition to be the leading independent real estate agency on the Lower North Shore, Holmes St Clair Real Estate is looking for a new dynamic team member.

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Front of office manager with ambition to professionally grow into an office Manager down the track. 

You will be working from our exciting new premises based in Crows Nest, and within a team that is dedicated to delivering the best real estate experience possible for all our valued clients.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers the opportunity to do more than just Reception duties.

Our next team member will be responsible for the day to day running of the front of office / reception, but will also provide pivotal support to our Sales and Property Management team.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an exciting opportunity to further their real estate career, and take responsibility for the way our clients are welcomed each and every time they make contact with the business. 


Key responsibilities in the role

  • Provide a welcoming reception by greeting clients professionally and in a courteous manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct calls and walk in enquiries to appropriate team members
  • Handle mails, couriers and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Property Management departments
  • Ensure the office and meeting rooms are maintained to an immaculate condition
  • Preparing and uploading business social media and marketing communications
  • Identify new areas for improvement within the role and implement required changes


To be successful in this position you will have: 

  • A Certificate of Registration or the ability to obtain one
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High attention to details
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Great time management and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organisational skills and confident user of technology
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Proven intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptionally well groomed and professionally presented
  • High level of face to face, phone and written communication skills
  • Very reliable and always on time
  • Training and assistance will be provided in house.
