As a Talent Scout you'll create talent pools and build a community of specialist candidates. This will involve targeted searches, attending meet-ups and reaching out to candidates with niche skills.

About You:

We are looking for someone who might be fresh out of uni or someone who is looking to try their hand at specialising in recruitment. This is an entry-level role that will teach you everything you need to know to build and optimise a talent community.

We're looking for someone who is a technically minded yet creative in their thought processes.
