We are looking for a dynamic HR Administrator looking for a career development position in a growing company.

About the role - Essential Criteria

  • Diploma in HR Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an office based environment completing HR tasks
  • Excellent Office365 skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment but can work also work autonomously
  • Fairwork and Award Interpretation
  • Personable - able to communicate effectively with various people
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organised
  • Professional demeanour
  • High level written communication skills

About the role - Desirable Criteria

  • Degree in HR Management
  • Payroll Experience
  • ISO 9001 Experience
  • HRIS experience

About the role - Responsibilities

  • General assistance with HR admin
  • Assist with recruitment and on boarding
  • Assisting with telephone and email communications
  • Assist in data entry of information as required for both HR and Payroll
  • Booking inductions and medicals
