An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and experienced Digital & Online Content Strategy Coordinator, who will lead the day-to-day marketing and programs to increase brand awareness and deliver a collective branded approach across multiple marketing channels. Reporting to management, you will be required to execute the company's online strategies and promotions.

Digital marketing Plan and manage regular EDM's, website content, Facebook ad accounts
Create engaging content whilst ensuring all contact in on-brand and consistent ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
Creating and copywriting for digital marketing, sales channels, social media and website Journal
Work with our Directors to develop specific strategies around customer outreach, retention and servicing
Lead and manage monthly reporting, including campaign insights, trends and analytics
Website work in conjunction with the development team to carry out website improvements and maintenance work i.e. content writing, product descriptions and photo uploads, promotions and price updates, career and stockist pages, collection launches and Google analytics
Website Management Maintenance of continuity of themes, designing layout, streamlining navigation and increasing online presence to potential customers
Website Imagery Maintain shoot schedule and liaise with product teams and photography studio. All photography is to align with brand style guide and brand story. Coordinate imagery retouching and cropping
Product Import Import/ update product title and descriptions - liaise with product teams to provide accurate and detailed descriptions and product information. Ensuring correct assets attached, descriptions added and fabric content included
Targets Manage sales targets, logistics, customer service efficiency and ensuring maximum profitability of the online channel.
Drive sales to consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly/annual sale targets with define strategy and customer satisfaction
Ensure the e-store team are monitoring and driving other indicators including average dollar transaction, average items per sale and repeat client development goals
Marketing ROI measurement work with management to create a plan to measure effectiveness on all marketing expenditures, online, offline, trade shows
- Managing google ad accounts and FB ad accounts and communicating with account managers
Min 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
Strong Digital background and analytical skills required on SEO/SEM and social media, Facebook Ads and Google Ads
High level of autonomy
High level communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Experience managing budgets
High level of computer literacy using a range of programs including Microsoft office, Adobe Creative Suite, Adwords, Google Analytics, Shopify and campaign monitor
Attention to detail is critical and ability to work with tight deadlines
