We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Systems Support candidate to join our Central Support Team based in Dandenong South. This is a full time position.

The role:

You will be the second person in a support team assisting with all internal enquiries for any service SAP system updates. The role is quite unique in Gardner Denver and can include altering the service frequency of the machines, changing the allocated parts, deleting decommissioned units off the records and many more tasks.

You will also be responsible for the processing and invoicing of all preventative maintenance in a timely manner along with maintaining the work in progress.

Applicants will need:

  • To be highly organised and resourceful under pressure
  • To maintain and provide excellent, high quality phone presentation to all internal and external customers
  • To be quick paced with attention to detail
  • A can do attitude and a strong focus on customer service
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel is required
  • Experience in SAP would be highly advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will have some experience in a support/service capacity within a busy manufacturing or service organisation.
