The purpose of the Marketing Manager – Direct Communications role is to manage the planning and flawless execution of our client’s direct communications plan in line with business requirements. This role is responsible for the planning and execution of collateral for all DM, email, SMS and App comms; quarterly and monthly planning and schedule management; day to day management of campaigns to ensure on-time, flawless execution of campaigns that are on brand and to high standards; working with data to ensure direct campaigns execute error-free; test & learn planning; ensure appropriate processes are in place for resourcing management and ongoing measurement of results. Team management is required. This role is responsible for leading integration between direct communication teams across several sites.
To be successful in this role, we require a degree in marketing (or equivalent) combined with 5+ years marketing experience including customer communications and direct marketing. In addition, this role also requires an in-depth understanding of online and offline marketing and communications channels. Experience working with Creative Agencies and/or in-house design teams and experience managing complex campaigns, which require skills in multi-tasking and working under pressure. Experience using SalseForce highly preferred.
