Position Available:

Timber Truss and Wall Framing Detailer

 

Due to continued growth, Worldwide Truss and Frames have a position available for a Detailer to join our experienced team.

All training will be provided with excellent support from our senior detailers and office staff.

 

A successful applicant will have a keen interest in the construction industry and in pre-fabricated construction.

 

A suitable candidate will have the following abilities and experience:

• Willing to work within a team environment
• Have excellent computer skills and good understanding of Microsoft Office 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines 
• Basic knowledge of and ability to read architectural/structural engineering plans supplied by clients
• Ability to confidently correspond with clients 
• Good organizational skills 

Preferable experience:

• A certificate in carpentry and joinery would be an advantage
• CAD or similar computer program experience
• Pryda or MiTek program experience  

Remuneration to be discussed in confidence further with the successful candidate.
