OFFICE MANAGER

BOOKKEEPING / ADMINISTRATION POSITION

A leading Gold Coast Marine Surveying and Refit Company requires an in-house qualified Bookkeeper / Administration person with excellent computer skills including sound XERO software knowledge and experience. The successful applicant will be joining a motivated and matured team of professionals within their field. To accommodate the growth of the past 10 years we have relocated to a larger premises at Coomera and the need for a further on site team member has become obvious.

The bookkeeping tasks will include accounts payable and receivable, wages and salaries, bank reconciliation, preparation and lodgement of quarterly BAS statements, preparation and presenting of financial reports, coupled with the ability to verbally discuss financial matters with the business owner on a regular basis. There will also be general office administration type tasks required. 

Attendance will be 5 days per week with an average of 5hrs per day anticipated, however this will be discussed and determined at the time of the interview with the business owner.
