Hudson RPO is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has strong research skills and the ability to attract passive talent. Our clients are the hottest venture-funded, private, and public companies in the Technology Industry. Our clients are leaders in their industry and growing rapidly. You will work directly with the founders and other leaders of our company in the critical delivery of the Technology industry's best and brightest talent and help our clients scale-FAST.


This is an opportunity that could take your career to the States once we can travel again as we are open to relocating you to San Francisco, Scottsdale or Tampa if you do want to work with us in one of these locations. Of course you dont have to, you can stay right where you are here in Australia if that is your preference!


Important to note, you will need to be willing and able to work the relevant in market hours to the clients you are supporting in the USA!!


What you will be doing:

As an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional you will join a high performing team partnering with some of the most exciting companies in the tech industry.You will consult, guide and deliver a best in class talent solution, its an incredible opportunity letting you in on the tech action right here from Australia!


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract applicable talent for each specific job
  • Find creative and effective places to post job descriptions
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews
  • Manage candidates through the interview process
  • Attend industry networking events and ABR - Always Be Recruiting

Required Skills

  • Strong research skills
  • General understanding of the technology landscape
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your day
  • Maintain strong relationships with your team, clients, and candidates


You'll rise to the top of the list if you also have:

  • Industry knowledge in Software, Web 2.0, SaaS / Cloud, Startups, etc.
  • Experience in dealing with leadership decision-makers
  • Boolean logic search and other passive candidate techniques



Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
