Project / Construction Manager - Infrastructure/Piling - Sydney based
Our client is a recognised national Piling and Ground Engineering contractor with a solid reputation on delivering a variety of piling, diaphragm wall, ground engineering and retention projects both within the civil infrastructure and resources sectors.
Due to the award of several new projects they have a current requirement for an experienced Project / Construction Manager with a minimum 5+ yrs in a Project Management delivery role on large civil or infrastructure projects. Due to the nature of these projects our client are ideally looking for applicants with RMS and preferably Tier 1 project experience but not essential.
This position requires an individual who can manage and control a project from start to finish and be responsible for overseeing the daily production, QA/QC, OH&S, contracts and especially client management.
Our client is seeking an ambitious individual who can demonstrate previous stable employment history looking for long term career progression with an top tier piling / civils contractor. As some of these projects will be in remote NSW locations applicants will be expected to work on a DIDO basis as and when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project or Constrcution Manager to join a national company with a full order book of projects within the Sydney and NSW markets.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Tertiary / Degree Educated In Civil Engineering
RMS project experience desirable
Minimum 5 yrs Project Management experience with a recognised piling or civils contractor
Demonstrate successful project delivery
MUST have previous client facing and negotiation experience
Ability To Work On Own Initiative
Excellent Organisational Skills
Australian experience on major infrastructure projects is essential to be considered for this opportunity
