We offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced financial services professional to join the practice as a Director, and leader of the FAB service line. The role encompasses business development, service delivery and team development.  The Director, FAB will formulate and implement business development plans that include evaluating potential new markets; creating business opportunities through networking and building relationships; and preparing consultancy proposals for existing and potential new clients. She/he will deliver high quality financial advisory reports that meet or exceed clients expectations.  She/he will also mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership to, consultants assigned to the FAB service line.


We invite applications from highly motivated and skilled financial and accounting services professionals who have experience in working in the health, aged care and/or disability services sectors.  You will have proven relationship development and project management skills; advanced technical skills in financial and accounting services, experience in leading, coaching and motivating teams; the ability to deliver clear advisory reports for clients; tertiary qualifications in a finance-related discipline; and membership of a relevant professional body. We also expect that you will be creative; solution oriented; focused on producing high quality work; a team player; and committed to personal development and continuous improvement.
